We’re opening our doors for TWO special donation-based classes on Sunday, September 27th and creating an opportunity for everyone in our community to experience the new space, move, breathe, rest, and reconnect. ❤️

🧘‍♀️ Sept 27th @ 10:00 AM — Donation-Based Yin Yoga w/ Cheyenne
A slow, meditative practice designed to help you soften, slow down, and turn inward. Settle into longer-held, fully supported postures and allow your body to gently release. ✨

🎶 Sept 27th @ 1:00 PM — Donation-Based Sound Bath with Isabella
Relax into the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls as the sounds guide you into deep rest, renewal, and relaxation. 💫

Both classes are open to all levels and everyone who would like to join us. No experience is needed. This is our way of welcoming our community into this beautiful new space and making these experiences accessible to everyone. ❤️
