Never posted this - last year's pain in achieving.

The warming eye opens on 2024. The horizon looks like things burned and left behind - milestones and failures alike. I feel warm smiling at the sun. I feel the hope, I sense the experiences to come - accomplishments and tragedies alike - my heart rate slows and my temperature rises a bit in anticipation. Have a great year!!

Explosion in the building across the street- shook my bldg

Every year I ride my age on my birthday, this year I'm recovering from injury after crashing in my first event, then being hit by a car a week after that, one day before my 2nd event.

I've been pain free for 1month and building back into shape.

Yesterday was a conservative ride due to the 98degree day - I could feel the heat suppressing my power.

But what a fantastically challenging day ❤️❤️!! Thank u for all the birthday wishes...
