Week 1 of college football is on the big screen here today. Next Saturday you play it.

How it runs: 1v1, double elimination, on PC. One game per match. Lose once and you drop to the losers bracket, where you can still fight back to grand finals. Lose twice and you're out. Everyone gets at least two games.

Staff locks the settings on every station before round one. 5-minute quarters, All-Madden, Competitive, accelerated clock on, current rosters. Any of the 32 teams, mirror matches allowed, and you can switch teams between matches.

Doors at 10. Check-in 3:15 to 3:45 at the front desk. First games at 4.

CS2 Iron Resolve runs tonight, 6 to 8. $10 in, no bracket, just play CS2 during the window and stack points.

Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 bracket, Saturday the 22nd.

If you've never played it, the short version is you pick three characters, tag between them mid-combo and the last player with a character standing wins the set. It's fast and it's loud and it's been running for fifteen years for a reason.
