For many years, the CSUB Basketball Camps have been a part of summers here in Bakersfield — impacting local youth, building community, and helping kids fall in love with the game.

We’re excited to support Coach Todd Lee as he begins this new era leading our local Division I basketball program at CSU Bakersfield. Opportunities like this are bigger than basketball — they give young athletes a chance to learn, compete, and be inspired right here in our own community.

If you’re looking for a great summer experience for your child while also supporting Bakersfield basketball, this is it.

Layla () is a special talent in the Class of 2029, but what stands out most is her character, work ethic, coachability, and team-first mentality. Already a Region POY, State MVP, 600 Point Club member, and 4.5 GPA student, she continues to prove that hard work and humility separate you.

Layla has earned every opportunity through discipline and dedication. We’re proud to have her representing Gameday Sports Academy and we are excited to contribute towards her growth on and off the court as a student athlete. The best is still ahead. 🚀
