For 8 months we have been waitingā¦ and we are still waiting.
Iāve been telling the Lord āok Godā¦ Iām waiting for my marching orders and Iām going to be obedient and go through every door & when you release me and thereās a green light, you have my YES.ā
This season has stretched me in ways I wouldnāt have ever anticipated. Itās caused me to pray in a deeper way, depend on The Lordās voice, and really ask for an increase of discernment. I know clarity is here. And now, we just continue to wait. I know what God has next is SO MUCH GREATER than what was. As I keep telling people āwe are in the waiting room.ā And while we are here I keep telling myself, āI will steward today & trust for tomorrowā.
If youāre also in a waiting season just remember, āHe is a lamp unto our feet & a light unto our path.ā š”

As a worship leader for the past 17 years hereās what Iāve learned:
Worship begins in the home way before it begins on a platform. It begins in how you treat others. How you carry conversation. How you make others feel. How you love and serve your family. How you spend time with Jesus. How you talk about yourself in the mirror. Worship isnāt a moment. Worship is a lifestyle. And in this season where I have no platform. I have no title. I have been stripped of everything. In THIS seasonā¦ I am choosing to embrace THIS kind of worship. One day Iāll be able to lead again. But the #1 thing Iāve learned is that I will not choose to lead others to the throne room and forget to lead my family. Thatās the highest call for me right now. Thatās where I WANT to be. He will restore all things. He will make room for my gifts. And He will allow my children and my family to be apart of that as well. ā¤ļø
