(Short story long as usual) I’ve wanted a barn door injector for a while now and finally pieced this one together. FedEx delivered this scoop today and after sending some of these pictures over to some buddy’s they mentioned to me Mel Kerby “Bad Blood” BAH had this same Specialty Fasteners sticker on his scoop. So of course to Facebook and google we go trying to find pictures. Here’s what I’ve found so far. Sticker placement is a little different but still quite interesting to me this new to me scoop has the same exact sticker. Not sure if this will get to anyone that might have been around Mel’s program in the 80’s but I was thinking the snap buttons riveted into the bottom of the scoop was a damn good idea for a plug scoop and might be an aide to whether this may have been on his boat or not.

Little photo dump of all the shots gathered so far from last weekend’s May Madness race with NJBA. Tried to get all the red lights out my system on Saturday but wound up doing it again Sunday and ending the weekend earlier than I had liked. September will feels like forever away but will be here before we know it!
