Our Legends community is growing, and we’re excited to open up a NEW 11:30 AM class! 🙌💛

Legends is designed specifically for men and women 50+ who want to keep moving, build strength, improve balance and mobility, and stay active and independent for years to come.

You do NOT need to already be “fit.” You don’t need CrossFit experience. You just need to be willing to show up! 💪

Our coaches will meet you where you are and help you safely build strength and confidence alongside an encouraging, FUN community.

GLUTE LAB IS OFFICIALLY A VIBE! 🔥🍑

Our new Glute Lab class at Emersion has been SO much fun, and we are loving the energy everyone is bringing! 🙌

It’s only 30 minutes, but don’t let that fool you. 😂 These ladies are WORKING! We’re focusing on activating and strengthening the glutes, building a stronger core, improving stability, and getting those muscles doing what they’re supposed to do.

And the best part? People are LOVING it! 🫶

Good music. Great energy. Lots of laughs. Shaky legs. 🍑😂 And a whole lot of getting stronger together.

Strong glutes help support your hips, knees and lower back, improve posture and stability, and give you more strength and power in everyday life AND your workouts.
