Catch 22 Xtreme Fitness has been helping Bakersfield residents get their butts in shape. Our fitness camps are for everyone!!
We have several testimonials from clients who lost major pounds, cut several inches, and increased their overall fitness levels. We have different phases for all levels of fitness.

Fit Test was a little tough for her the first time doing it but Tamara battled her way thru it!!
CAMP STARTS MONDAY!!! YOU READY??
Gotta workout on the days when we don't have camp to reach your goals. Did you get in today? What did you do?
We had our last Fit Test for this session and several of our campers hit personal best and earned promotions. First shout out goes to Gina Lopez and John Irwin who have been battling every week thru blood, sweat, and tears for over a year to qualify for P2 and P3. THEY MADE IT TODAY!!!
Most effective diets are those that are HIGH in fiber...
#1 - Fill up on fruits and vegetables
#2 - Avoid fast food, cakes, cookies, and candy. These cause bloating and weight gain.
#3 - Make sure you get enough calories (Healthy carbs, lean proteins, and healthy fats. If you dont eat enough, you risk lowering your metabolism!!
