Programs are written as a guide for the day. has had a couple defeating training sessions and I NEEDED her to have a successful day. Instead of giving her the Saturday maxout freedom, I gave her 2 numbers I wanted her to hit. She ended with 93% on first attempts. Sometimes it's not about PRs but finding your confidence and consistency. Mental training is just as important as the physical. Good work and mission accomplished ! **ch

Warmed up my heavy training session in various positions. I felt like my lifts improved during a cycle that focused on leading one position into another. Here's a sample of how my sn**ch session went. 1) muscle sn**ch + Hang Power + ohs. 2) Power + ohs 3) Snatch...single up. I find is helpful. Give it a whirl. **ch
