Get Fit Boot Camp combines the professional guidance of personal training with the encouragement and support of group workouts. This program is designed to effectively help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals. It’s challenging but immensely rewarding, pushing you to achieve your absolute best!
The classes are at 5 am and 5:15 pm, Monday-Thursday and Saturdays @9 am
You do not have to book classes. You show up each day at a time that works best for you.
Every workout will include beginner and advanced options.
There are meal plans and nutrition guidance in every boot camp.
