4th place finish with a Kyle and Rick Fife set up along with some great advice from the Mountain Man.
Yesterday was a crazy day. We were still chasing speed. Once again, we didn't qualify well, but ended up on the pole due to inverting the field. In the four lap heat, we got caught up in a wreck involving the 12 and 4 car. Our car suffered the most damage, and it didn't look like we would make it into the race. However, we were so blessed to have Gene Fife ( #7 car) and his whole team, along with Johnny Bedingfield, John Bedingfield, Hal Bird, Ray Lamond, and a few others just swarm over the car and get us fixed up for the main event. We can never thank them enough for their efforts. The racing community is truly a family. We ended up finishing a solid 6th place, considering we were down on speed and had damage from the wreck. Thanks to the fans for coming out to support KCRP and all our efforts!
