Cougar Parent Club

Our annual Fall Carnival is right around the corner, and we need your creativity, energy, and community spirit to make it an unforgettable event for our students! Putting together a celebration this big takes a team, and there are several exciting ways you can get involved:

1. Join the Fall Carnival Planning Committee
Help us organize the event from the ground up. Committee members will collaborate on activities, logistics, scheduling, and volunteer coordination. If you love event planning or want a direct hand in shaping carnival day, we’d love to have you on board!

2. Become a Booth Decorator
Bring the carnival atmosphere to life! We are looking for individuals, families, or groups of friends to sponsor and decorate specific game and activity booths. Choose a fun, family-friendly theme and turn a simple station into a highlight of the festival. Materials and guidelines will be shared once you sign up.

Call for Silent Auction Donations
Alongside our games and food, we will be hosting an auction to raise vital funds for student programs, classroom resources, and school events throughout the year.

If you own a local business, work for one, or have connections in our community, please consider contributing:

Gift certificates or store vouchers

Merchandise or themed gift baskets

Experiences, tickets, or service packages

Donations provide fantastic exposure to hundreds of local families attending the event, and all contributing businesses will be prominently recognized at the carnival and in our event materials.

Don’t forget that our Quailwood Family Skate Night at Rollerama is coming up! Grab the whole family and join us for an evening of skating, music, and fun with friends.

Join the Cougar Parent Club for a fun evening with friends, music, and plenty of laps around the rink at our Quailwood Family Skate Night. It is the perfect chance for students and families to connect, unwind, and kick off a fantastic year together.
