I’m getting excited for the weather to improve! Sitting here daydreaming about trail riding.

It’s got me thinking… how many of you would like to improve your trail riding this season? A few of us have been talking about the things we’d really like to work on — better communication, more confidence, calmer responses on the trail. How about a horse that jiggs on the trail?

When you think about your best ride, what made it so good?
Was it how connected you felt with your horse?
Was it confidence? Relaxation? Responsiveness?
Maybe it was simply being present and enjoying the moment.
