What an incredible week! We just wrapped up Hero Week here at the gym, and we are completely blown away by the grit, heart, and support our community showed.
Hero WODs are intentionally designed to be grueling. They test our physical limits, but more importantly, they give us a chance to speak the names and honor the memories of the men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
A massive thank you to everyone who showed up, scaled the workouts when they needed to, pushed a friend when they wanted to quit, and gave it everything they had. It’s days like these that prove we are so much more than just a place to work out.

Memorial Day at the gym is unlike any other day of the year.
There’s a specific kind of energy in the air when the clock hits zero and dozens of people start their first mile together.
Whether you’re wearing a 20lb vest or scaling the reps, the Murph challenge isn’t just a workout, it’s a collective moment of sweat and silence to honor those who gave everything.
Seeing our community show up in force is a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish together.
From the first pull-up to that final, grueling mile, everyone is pushing through the wall for something bigger than THEMSELVES.
To everyone who took on the 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another mile today: incredible work. PROUD OF YOU!

As a daughter of an Army veteran its in my heart to continue on honoring heros and pay my respects to all those that have given the ultimate sacrifice.
We will be honoring those by doing 4 hero WODS this week.
These workouts aren’t about chasing a personal record or burning calories. They are about honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and safety.
When your mind tells you to quit, you find a deeper gear. You realize that a few minutes of physical discomfort is nothing compared to the price they paid.
We sweat to remember. We suffer to honor🇺🇸
We are beyond hyped to see our members crushing their goals and setting new Deadlift PRs yesterday!
The chalk, the grind, and the heavy iron—all that consistency is paying off.
Strength isn’t just physical; it’s about showing up and trusting the process.
