Christmas came early as our new PRC fabrication top alcohol funny car was delivered last Saturday by Papa Ric. This car is gorgeous and we can not wait to get finished over the next few weeks. This car has truly been a family effort. Can not thank my Mom, Papa Ric, and my wife for all the support. Merry Christmas from the Martins

After running the car in September of 2017 in preparation for the California Hot Reunion, we made the decision to part ways with our former crew chief and start over with a new motor program. In a weird twist of events Rick Akers approached us about purchasing our operation. After talking about what we wanted to do with our future we decided to sell a good chunk of the parts to Rick.They did very well running 5.74 at the march meet in their first outing.
As for our future...will say that we are not leaving racing. We are not ready to announce our plans just yet however will say we will be back later this year with an announcement coming out very soon. We appreciate the continued support of our family based operation and look forward to what the future holds with a Clean Slate

After a 2800 mile journey we pulled into home last night with our new truck and trailer. Day to rest then back at it getting ready for the CHRR. Thank you to David Purcell for always checking on us, for Mario Campos giving advice and help on road and to my wife Cindy Martin for helping with all she did in making this happen and navigating us across the country

Career Best early numbers for the team today on first run after fighting an electrical gremlin with a new part. Over center on second run which resulted in tire smoke. Back at it tomorrow.
