We are so excited for classes to resume tomorrow morning! Join us for a FREE class tomorrow at 8:30am at Emerald Cove Park. Invite your friends, come out & get a great workout in and meet fellow Bakersfield moms! Also, It’s Summer and big kids are out of school! Meet your newest Fit4Mom Bakersfield instructor!
I’m Kayla 👋, a mom of two sweet girls (3 & 1), a high school teacher and a personal trainer of 3 years. I found Fit4Mom when I was 4 months postpartum with my youngest, and it was such a game changer! 💪 This community allowed me to find a way to focus on me while still spending time with my kids! Fitness is my passion and I’m so excited to train, connect, and grow stronger with you on this journey. Let’s do this, mamas! 💖
Classes begin next week starting with Tuesdays & Thursdays for Stroller Strides (we will be adding more very very soon!)

Our hearts are heavy for the communities impacted by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles.
Many of our fellow FIT4MOM franchisees, instructors and members have been evacuated and have learned of the loss of their homes, schools, and communities. As moms, we know a home is the heart of our family, holding cherished memories and belongings. We understand the importance of keeping your family safe and calm during uncertain and scary times, but also the emotional weight of trying to hold it together when your world is changing rapidly. The strength in motherhood is powerful and we are sending love and wrapping our arms around everyone who is experiencing loss in Los Angeles.
A huge thank you to the brave firefighters and first responders working tirelessly to battle the LA fires. Your courage, dedication, and selflessness keep our communities safe, and we are endlessly grateful.
