CrossFit 1018 and the Little White Pumpkin Project invite parents who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss to a morning of remembrance, connection, and community.

Friends, family, and neighbors—we invite you to join us, too. Your presence helps remind loss moms and dads that they don’t have to walk this journey alone.

How CF 1018 got its name.
In October of 2018, my life changed forever.
I was pregnant with twins-a baby boy and a baby girl. At just 26 weeks, I underwent an emergency C-section. Despite every hope and every prayer, both of my babies passed away. No words can truly describe the heartbreak that followed. It was the kind of pain that changes you forever. There were days when simply getting out of bed felt impossible. I questioned everything and wondered how I would ever move forward. But somewhere in that grief, I made a decision.
I couldn’t change what had happened, but I could decide what I would do with the pain. Fitness became more than exercise. It became my therapy. It became the place where I could grieve, heal, rebuild, and rediscover my strength. Every workout reminded me that even when life feels impossibly heavy, we are capable of taking one more step, one more breath, one more rep.
The name CrossFit 1018 is a tribute to my twins. 10 represents the month they were born-October. 18 represents the year-2018. Their lives were incredibly short, but their impact on mine has been immeasurable. They continue to inspire me every single day.
CrossFit 1018 was never meant to be just another gym. It was built from loss, strengthened by perseverance, and fueled by a passion to help others discover what they are capable of overcoming. Strength isn’t measured only by the weight on the barbell. It’s measured by the courage to keep showing up, even after life has knocked you down. If you’ve ever walked into our gym carrying burdens no one else could see, I hope you know you’re not alone. We all have our own stories. We all face struggles. But together, we can become stronger than we ever imagined.
This story is, and always will be, my driving force to serve this community.
