If you want to escape the crowds and still see some epic waterfalls, Hetch Hetchy is the move. ✅ This spot flies under the radar, but it’s home to three beautiful waterfalls – Tueeulala Falls, Wapama Falls, and Rancheria Falls all in one hike. 🥾⛰️ It’s crazy to think that while Yosemite draws around 4 million visitors each year, Hetch Hetchy Valley, tucked in the park’s northwest corner, only gets about 44,000! And the best part? Way fewer people go here, so you get those incredible views without the chaos. Yosemite is so much more than just the Valley, and places like this prove it. 🙌 💫 Before you go 💡 ‼️ It gets HOT in the summer, so be sure to pack plenty of water and snacks to stay fueled. ‼️ The hike to Rancheria Falls is about 13 miles round trip with minimal shade, so starting early is the best way to beat the heat. ‼️ Heads up!
