Some of the stripe belt promotions this week for the kiddos. We try to incentivize tournaments through belt promotions. Makes me proud to see how hard these kids work to get better on the mats to show it off in tournaments.

Hey everyone, I was told that they will be paving the spots they didn't seal. There will be someone directing traffic as needed.

Great day for everyone today. Tyson Cappetta won by 2nd round tko. I'll get an update tomorrow but looks like everyone crushed it at grappling industries as well. Proud of our team, affiliates and everyone that makes haven what it is.

This Creonte is leaving us next week. We are going to miss Edgar greatly. He has been an excellent kids coach, training partner and friend at the gym. Make sure you beat him up as a goodbye before he leaves.
