Hey everyone, if you are a participant of Tuesday nights Pound class through West Jenny, class is canceled for tonight. Unfortunately, I’m dealing with an injury and the roads are absolutely terrible so we will have a make up class once I can confirm one with Lynn.

AND due to popular demand, we’re adding Thursday classes starting December 4th!

Due to health issues, I have to cancel class tonight. I am working with WGAE to schedule a makeup class and I will of course keep everyone updated. I apologize for any inconvenience, as you know I hate to let anyone down.
