Baldwinsville Rod And Gun Club

Attention members, the Annual Meeting and Banquet of the Baldwinsville Rod and Gun Club is scheduled for Thursday December 4, 2025. We will meet at Pasta's on the Green located at Foxfire Golf Course clubhouse. Click here for info and Directions. There will be a social hour with a cash bar and appetizers from 5:30 to 6:30 pm with a buffet dinner to follow. We will conduct a short business meeting, present awards and elect officers and directors.

This year's speaker will be an Environmental Conservation Officer from the NY Department of Environmental Conservation. Topics include: recent regulations, wildlife management plans, and a general Q&A. I'm sure it will be an interesting presentation.

All members, spouses and guests are welcome, please join us. Tickets are $30 per person at the door. Please RSVP by November 28th to [email protected]

It is time to renew your membership for 2024! Renew by mail or in person. Mail to BRGC, PO Box 232, Baldwinsville, NY 13027. In-person at the club house Saturday mornings from 10AM until Noon, or at monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30PM. Dues are $80 cash or check.

Happy New Year!

Please remember your 2022 membership expires 12/31/22. The combination will be changed, and you will need the new combination on 1/1/23. If you are a current member please renew by mail. Renewal forms are on the website. The membership committee is at the club Saturday mornings (including December 31, 2022) from 10:00am to 12noon and will be at the January 5th meeting.

Attention Saturday shooters ! We have resumed offering lunch on Saturday. In addition to the usual coffee and doughnuts, we will have a hot lunch. Soup, stew or chili, etc will be available for $4 a bowl.

Please be smart to stay healthy. Get your Flu shot and Covid shots. Stay home if you are not feeling well. Your fellow Members thank you.

As always, shooting must stop 15 minutes before sunset. Please remember to lock the gate when entering or leaving the parking lot.

As 2022 rapidly comes to an end, it is time to renew your membership. This year the last two Saturdays precede the Holidays. We WILL have organized shooting on December 24th, and New Year's Eve. Memberships WILL be available.

Your 2022 membership expires 12/31/22 , we will change the combination on 1/1/23.

We are asking that members renewing for 2023 mail in their renewal payment. December through March are the busiest months for membership. Due to short staffing, we are asking for mail-in renewals to avoid long waits and allow us to focus on processing new members and providing orientations.

If you would like to help by volunteering a little time, the membership committee would welcome the assistance. The membership committee is at the club Saturday mornings from 10:00am to 12noon.

DUES FOR 2023 ARE $80 FOR A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP, $40 FOR STUDENTS.

If none of your information has changed, you can mail us a check or money order. If you need to update your record, please also include a completed membership form available at this link MEMBERSHIP FORM. We will mail back your new card and gate code. If you would like a button, you can stop in on a Saturday to pick one up.
