Health tip of the day: Fiber has an extremely important role in efficient digestion. not only is it part of eliminating waste, but it also dilutes the blood sugar spike you get when ingesting sugars. this could have an effect on insulin receptors staying sharp so you can potentially help prevent type 2 diabetes! current literature recommends about 14g of fiber per 1000 calories in your diet. Eat your wheaties!

An easy rule of thumb to get an estimated amount of daily water needs is this simple formula, (your weight in pounds) x .67 you should also consider that you gain and lose water from foods and digestion, and you lose water through physical activity! stay thirsty my friends 💪☝️

Health tip of the day: if you have a job where you don't move around alot, avoid becoming stiff or sore by setting a 1 hr timer to stand up and move around a bit! You could simply just walk up and down a hall or do some body weight squats to keep alert and help avoid stiffness! 💪

Health tip: sourdough bread has natural probiotics due to the fermentation process while making the bread. This paired with a relatively low glycemic index(meaning it will have a lower spike in blood sugar levels) leaves this bread easily digestible and a healthy choice! 💪 😋
