Dave Curtiss of Progressive Fitness Training started personally training clients back in 1986. Since 1991, he has custom designed training plans for hundreds of clients determined to change and improve their health and fitness. His goal is to challenge his clients to meet and exceed their health and fitness goals in a positive, energized environment.
