Weight and BMI increased.
If that’s all you look at, it can feel like failure.

But body composition tells a different story:
Muscle increased.
Fat decreased.
And my metabolism increased — meaning I burn more calories at rest than before.

This is why I don’t rely on just the scale or the BMI chart at the doctor’s office.
They’re useful tools, but incomplete ones.

Want to measure progress the smart way?

He said overnight oats were his “easy breakfast”…
but was still making them every night like it was a ritual.

So I prepped the dry ingredients for the whole week:
oats, PB, nuts & seeds, chia, coconut, cinnamon, salt.

Now he just adds milk, Greek yogurt & maple syrup, throws it in the fridge, and calls it a win.
I call this a relationship-based efficiency upgrade. 😌❤️

Results don’t come first.
They come over time.

Start with mindset.
Build habits that support your real life.
That’s how results last.

✨ Save this for when motivation fades

You feel it on the mat… then life happens.

Join us for From Mat to Meal at Yoga Mandali on Sunday, Jan 4 as we explore how to carry calm, awareness, and intention into everyday life.

I’d love to have you there.

Your goals need a plan, not hope. 🗓️
Write them down. Schedule them. Do the work.

No plan = no results.
Otherwise… it’s just a cute idea.

Want a plan that actually gets done?
DM me and let’s build one.

People tease me for being “particular” about my food… and they’re not wrong. 😅
But it’s not about restriction—it’s about knowing what actually makes my body feel incredible.

A little planning, a few habits, some intentional choices… and the payoff?
Better sleep, better energy, better workouts, faster recovery.
Honestly, I’m not giving that up. Ever.

If you want to feel this good too, I’m here to help you get there. ✨

One of my favorite parts of coaching is watching people step into a version of themselves they didn’t even realize was waiting. ✨

This client came in ready for change… and she ran with it.
More energy. More confidence. More consistency.
Not from perfection — from small, smart habits we built together.

If you’re looking for that kind of shift, I’ve got space for a few new clients this month.
DM or comment “ZEST” and I’ll send you the details. 🧡

Think your “healthy” fuel is brain-safe? 🧠🍭 Think again.

Artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sucralose, saccharin, Ace-K, and neotame—commonly found in bars, powders, shakes, and fitness supplements—aren’t just hard on your gut. Emerging research shows they can disrupt brain function and speed up cognitive aging.

📉 Chronic use has been linked to oxidative stress, neurotransmitter imbalance, and changes in learning and memory regions of the brain.

👉 Check your labels—those “zero sugar” claims often hide these compounds.
💡 I’ve listed my top cleaner fuel picks—free from artificial sweeteners.
