Wow, I can’t believe how long it’s been since I’ve posted anything. Truly unacceptable. Been busy becoming an RN, now working nights as a cardiac nurse.
Still very passionate about practicing and teaching yoga... I am not teaching at the moment, which I must say is a struggle, I miss teaching every single day!!!!

We will move through flowing, heart opening sequences infused with the sweetness of Bhakti. Lets explore Sacred Sound, sing kirtan, dive into essence of Bhakti Yoga all with the accompaniment of live music throughout the class.
