108 · A Solstice Ritual
June 21. The longest day of the year.
The International Day of Yoga
We’re doing 108 sun salutations together — in four rounds, with rest between, with breathwork woven through, and with a full catered plant-based lunch and a ceremonial cacao closing from Peru to end it all.
11:11 AM to 3:33 PM
The Hall of SELF, Canton - Baltimore
Very limited spots available
This isn’t a class. It’s a ritual.
108 is a sacred number in yoga — it represents the wholeness of the universe, the 108 marma points on the body, the 108 Upanishads, the relationship between the sun, moon, and Earth. We move through it together. We share a table. We close the circle in ceremony.
Early Bird: $144 - $108 members, through May 26 only
Full Price: $174 - $138 members, from May 27
Link in bio to reserve your spot. Once we’re full, doors close.

Because the research around longevity keeps pointing in the same direction: connection matters.
Not performative wellness. Not collecting more health trends. Real community.
The kind where your nervous system softens a little when you walk through the door.

Longevity isn’t just about extending lifespan. It’s about creating a life your body can actually thrive inside of.
The Blue Zones research found that the longest-living populations in the world weren’t obsessing over supplements, cold plunges, or optimization trends. They shared something far more foundational: strong relationships, daily movement, meaningful routines, purpose, and environments built around connection.
Your nervous system reads your life constantly.
It reads the tone of your relationships. The pace of your days. The tension in your body. The feeling of your home. Whether you feel supported… or like you always have to brace. That internal state influences inflammation, recovery, sleep, stress resilience, decision-making, and aging itself.
Relationships matter physiologically. Humans co-regulate. When you spend time around people who help your system feel safe, your body doesn’t have to work as hard to survive. Chronic isolation and relational stress quietly wear the system down over time.
The same is true with movement. Longevity movement isn’t punishment disguised as discipline. It’s moving in ways you can sustain for decades. Walking. Mobility. Strength. Breath. Recovery. Consistency matters more than intensity that leaves the body depleted or injured.
Most people focus on optimizing metrics while ignoring the conditions their biology responds to most: how regulated they feel, how connected they are, and whether their lifestyle is actually sustainable.
You’re not trying to live forever. You’re trying to feel alive while you’re here.
Maybe real longevity begins when your body no longer has to spend every day recovering from your life.
That’s the kind of wellness we care about at

Something important is shifting at
Over the coming months, we’ll be gradually saying goodbye to platforms like ClassPass and WellHub.
Not because we aren’t grateful for the people who discovered us through them. Some truly wonderful humans first walked through our doors that way.
But because we’ve become increasingly clear about the kind of space we are building, and the kind of experience we want people to have here.
We are not trying to become a place people visit randomly between errands, workouts, and obligations.
We are building a community rooted in consistency, connection, longevity, and genuine well-being.
Research continues to confirm what long-time practitioners have felt for years:
the real benefits of practices like yoga, breathwork, meditation, mobility, and nervous system regulation happen through regular practice over time.
Usually not after one class. Not after occasional attendance.
But after a few weeks of showing up consistently, something begins to change: Sleep improves. Stress responses soften. Breathing deepens. The mind becomes clearer.
People begin feeling more connected to themselves again.
That’s why our intro offer was intentionally designed around consistency rather than a single visit.
We want people to truly experience what this work can do. Not simply pass through it once.
We also care deeply about protecting the feeling of this community: the kindness, the warmth, the respect, the quiet sense of belonging people feel when they walk into this space.
The Hall of SELF was never created to feel transactional.
It was created to feel human.
So this next chapter is about becoming even more aligned with our values, our mission, and the people who genuinely want to practice with intention and consistency.
If this sounds like you, we would love to welcome you here.
