Track Fest‼️

Concluded our altitude training camp in Park City with a trip to LA to test out the fitness! .cawthra ran 3:34.96 over 1500m for an Outdoor PB and gutted out a 13:28.18 5K for his 3rd fastest mark ever over the distance!

Both wanted more out of themselves, but great to put some marks on the board as we move forward with the rest of the season 🫡
