This past Tuesday we hosted our 2nd Locust Point Mile, a chance for our Velociti Elite team and our Track Tuesday community to come out a race a mile on the road and hang out afterwards 🔥

Foster Malleck races Falmouth Mile tonight!

Damien Dilcher will head up north in a few weeks for Monmouth Mile!

Wes Porter is taking the long trek back to Europe for a few more races on the European circuit!

We even had Commonwealth Games Champ Navasky Anderson, OLY cheering us on at the track and even hopped in for a rep as he also prepares for more races this season 🔥

This upcoming Tuesday will be our 2nd year hosting our very own Road Mile race on the streets of Locust Point. So whether you’re training for a 5k or a marathon, come and join us and try to run a new Personal Best in the mile 🫡

After a couple of weeks of unfortunate cancellations, Track Tuesday is back tonight at UA HQ! The workout will be led by our very own Cooper Cawthra, so come prepared to get some good work in 👀

Also in attendance tonight will be the newly minted Commonwealth Games 800m Champion Navasky Anderson, OLY, the first Jamaican to ever medal in the event at the Commonwealth Games 🥇🇯🇲

Over the weekend, Foster Malleck represented Athletics Canada at his first Commonwealth Games. Qualifying for the Men’s Mile Final in which he ran down some of the best milers in the world, moving up 6 spots over the final 400 meters to finish 7th 👏🏻

Proud of Fos & excited for what the rest of the season has in store for him 🔥
