More targets, higher efficiency, pure dominance.
The trajectory for Baltimore Ravens star wideout Zay Flowers is straight up.
Since stepping onto the field as a rookie, Flowers has seen his workload rise each year going from 108 targets in 2023 to a career-high 118 in 2025.
But what truly sets him apart is his efficiency: his Expected Points Added (EPA) per target has surged from +0.24 to an elite +0.40.
Every time Lamar Jackson looks his way, good things happen for the Flock.

Baltimore has plenty of reasons to believe 2026 can look very different from last season and it all starts with Lamar Jackson ⭐️
Injuries and missed time clearly played a major role in the Baltimore Ravens ’ struggles, but a healthy Lamar paired with new OC Declan Doyle could completely rejuvenate the offense.
Then there’s the defense.
Jesse Minter replacing John Harbaugh brings a fresh voice to Baltimore and could help revitalize a unit that has struggled to reach its usual standard in recent years.
And the addition of Trey Hendrickson could be massive, as he has posted a 90.0+ pass-rush grade in each of the last three seasons, something no Ravens edge rusher has accomplished since Elvis Dumervil in 2013.
🟣 Healthy Lamar.
🟣 A new offensive identity.
🟣 A new defensive leader.
🟣 And a legitimate pass-rushing weapon.
The Ravens have plenty of reasons to believe 2026 could be a comeback season 🐦⬛

The Ravens received encouraging news on two key pieces of their secondary.
HC Jesse Minter said Nate Wiggins and Marlon Humphrey are both “trending very well” and could return as early as next week.
Wiggins was carted off during Tuesday’s practice in a scary moment, but reports indicated there was no structural damage. Humphrey also left Wednesday’s practice early, but Baltimore expects both injuries to be minor.
“Got good reports on both of them. Expect both of those guys back,” Minter said.
