We will be playing the Severn River Women's Rugby Football Club with a 7pm kickoff at Sean Lugano Field. Three Loyola rugby players, Erik Elbers, Connor Gorman and Jack Preston, have been selected to the Mid-Atlantic All Star team. They will be traveling to Houston this January to compete in the NCR Collegiate All Star Tournament. It’s Game Day! Today at 11:45am the Hounds will be taking the pitch at Lugano against York in the first round of playoffs as we celebrate the 45th anniversary of Loyola Rugby! This game will be followed by against Catholic in the Bird-Dog Cup at 2pm, so now, more than ever, ROLL HOUNDS! 💚🏉

It’s a BIG weekend for Loyola Rugby! This Saturday, our Women’s team will be taking on York at 11:45am on Lugano in playoffs. This weekend marks the 45th anniversary of Loyola Rugby, so be sure to come celebrate and support at Lugano for the alumni match (10am), Women’s match against York (11:45am), and Men’s match against Catholic (2pm). Saturday’s a rugby day! After being down 0-19 in the first half, the Hounds came home with a 26-19 WIN against York! A true team win, the Hounds pulled together to work hard and play 80 minutes of Loyola Rugby. Thank you to York Women’s Rugby for being wonderful hosts and for a great match, and a HUGE thank you to all our fans who supported us both on and off the field. Roll Hounds! 🏉💚
