We often hear that the Dragon heat makes it difficult…well, YES! That’s the point, it’s by design! Not only does the heat have a multitude of physical benefits for the body, it helps with focus in the room and forces you to breathe deeply. It allows you sweat and move deeper into postures, improves circulation, and promotes sweating, which is one of for ways your body detoxifies. It provides a challenge that you don’t get in any other sort of workout, thereby making you stronger and more resilient physically and mentally inside and outside of the Dragon Den!
So, yes our heat is intense, by design. Because challenges and difficulties provide the opportunity to evolve into a better version of the already awesome selves!
