Dancing, Walking, Bicycling, Weight Training, Swimming, Nutrition and Web Cam training are the tools used for better health. As we age the gym is not the only answer to getting healthy. Exercise Walking, Bicycling, Weight Training, Swimming Exercises and Live Web Cam On-Line training via Skype are all tools used in my program. The best part about exercise is doing what you
enjoy, having fun and achieving your desired results! That's my program design.
