Barre is a one hour workout that combines elements of Dance, Ballet, Pilates and Yoga.
The idea is to create a workout that flows seamlessly from one move to another using the principles of high repetitions and isolation to build long lean muscles.
This workout is fun, fat burning, INTENSE yet super effective. Please let the staff know by May 25, 2016 if you are interested in this class.
The cost is $5 for member ansd $8 for non-member.
