2021 was not an easy year. We want to thank our members and our fitness community for making MV Fitness such a special place.
It is so inspirational to see our most committed members come in every day, to watch their gains and see their workouts evolve. From professional athletes to construction workers to medical students, these members will come in day after day for an hour or two. It’s awesome.
And it’s just as great to have our more occasional members who pop in for a quick chat and a casual workout in between appointments. Even a 15-minute treadmill session or a single set of weights makes a big difference!
Maybe the most inspirational group is our new and returning members who dedicated themselves to a specific health goal. We have members in their late 80s working on their cardio to strengthen their lungs. We have members who are beating diabetes and recovering from covid, and cancer, and serious injuries.
Every day we are open it is a privilege to see you all at what is often the best part of your day - the time of the day you take to focus on yourself, and your health, and your mood.

TRX, also known as Suspension Training, was developed by a Navy Seal to provide Total Body Resistance using bodyweight and minimal equipment.
