It sounds crazy but bone density starts declining earlier than you think. The good news?? Strength training helps us slow (or even reverse) the curve to keep it pointed in the right direction. Every squat, press, and pull you do now pays dividends in your 40s, 50s and beyond.

🏋️ Landmine movements = versatility 💥. From presses to rotations to squats, the landmine lets us load in smart ways, train in multiple planes, and build serious strength without beating up our joints. It’s a staple in our programming because it bridges the gap between raw strength and athletic movement.

Happy Anniversary, team! Last night marked exactly one year since we officially reopened after the pandemic closed the gym down last year. We got to celebrate our new gym and making it together through a challenging year.
How lucky to be part of this amazing group of people…thank you all for being who you are and making this community extraordinary!
