Sam has been a lifelong athlete in triathlon, lacrosse, and track and field, and discovered she loves instructing workouts as much as she loves doing them. She has been an instructor for 8 years and has been certified by Les Mills and the American Aerobics Association. For the past summers, she has served as an Ocean City lifeguard and instructor for the Surf Rescue Academy and competition team.
