What is AppTrainer

AppTrainer was developed by Personal Trainer, Melissa Fisher, as a tool to keep her clients on track. Many personal training clients would be assigned workouts to do on their own throughout the week, but had a hard time staying compliant without the push of Melissa by their side. Melissa build the app as a way for her to program workouts and meal plans for clients, be able to track and watch their progress, communicate with them during workouts, and provide instructional videos. Clients were getting better and faster results by adding this tool to their routine and before long she was receiving requests from potential clients all over the United States to create programs for them to do on their own in the gym, as so AppTrainer was born. Over the past 2 years the AppTrainer community has grown and clients are seeing outstanding results from progrsms like The 4 Week Shred, B***y Builder, 1 Year Body Transformation, Custom Programs, HIIT Plans, and coming soon The 12 Week Shred. When joining the AppTrainer community you will “find your people”, surrounding yourself with positive fellow goal-getters. With the support of the community, your trainer, and the constant content delivered- you will be on your way to a better you. Weather your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, build muscle, grow a b***y, perform faster, learn how to fuel your body properly, develop a good relationship with food, or any health/fitness/nutrition goal in between- AppTrainer has a plan for you......and if we don’t Melissa will build a custom plan! With every app program you will receive workouts with instructional videos. You will track your progress of strength and body changes. You can upload body composition stats, weight, and photos that your trainer can see. You will receive nutrition guides with details like how to meal prep, how to custom build a meal plan that works for your lifestyle, how to count macros, and recipes. You will be able to communicate with your trainer through the app and your trainer will be able to see your progress every step of the way.
