I agree with Jonah Hill.
He’s been training since 2018.
I’m quite sure he can handle himself against the majority of untrained people.

That being said, he’s still the fat kid from Superbad…and that’s OK too.

49 fights. 49 wins. 43 knockouts. Zero losses. 🥊🏆🇮🇹 Rocky Marciano is the only heavyweight champion in history to retire undefeated. Not just in the modern era — ever. Nobody who ever held that belt won every single fight of their professional career. Rocky did. And he did it not because he was the most naturally gifted fighter in the room, but because no human being on earth was willing to outwork him.

Rocky Francis Marchegiano was born in Brockton, Massachusetts, the son of Pierino Marchegiano, an Italian immigrant who came from Chieti in the Abruzzo region. His family was working-class. His path was not easy. And he became the most statistically dominant heavyweight champion in the history of the sport. That is an Italian American story in its purest form: you work harder than everybody else and you do not stop.

Who do you think is the greatest heavyweight champion of all time? Drop your answer in the comments — but know that the undefeated record doesn't lie. Follow us for more stories about Italian American greatness. 🇮🇹🥊

Derrick Lewis is universally known as one of the most terrifying, heavy-hitting knockout artists in UFC history, but his greatest victory happened far away from the bright lights of the Octagon.

When catastrophic flooding from Hurricane Harvey completely devastated the city of Houston, "The Black Beast" didn't just sit back and watch the news. He immediately hopped into his massive, lifted pickup truck and drove straight into the dangerous, deeply flooded neighborhoods.

For days on end, Lewis navigated high waters to rescue trapped families, elderly residents, and stranded pets, ultimately pulling over 100 people to absolute safety. He completely refused to take any praise or recognition for it, proving that underneath that fierce, intimidating exterior lies the heart of a true community guardian.
