We’re excited to announce that The Diamond Collective website is officially live!💎👀

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a place where our community can easily connect with everything happening at the facility. Whether you’re looking to train, get involved, support our mission, or learn more about what we do.

On June 13th two of our diamonds of the collective (Oklahoma) and (Alabama) face off in the College World Series🏆⚾️

The Diamonds of the Collective program was created to recognize athletes who demonstrate excellence, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their communities. Through mentorship, service, community engagement, and simply leading by example, athletes like Cameron and Myles help show the next generation what’s possible through hard work, character, and dedication.

Their journey serves as a reminder to young athletes everywhere that dreams are achievable and that success carries an opportunity to give back and inspire others along the way.

Good luck to both athletes as they take the national stage.
We’re proud to have them representing our ecosystem.

Diamonds of the Collective💎

On June 13th two of our diamonds of the collective (Oklahoma) and (Alabama) face off in the College World Series.

While we’re proud of what they’ve accomplished on the field, what makes them true Diamonds of the Collective goes far beyond baseball.

At The Diamond Collective💎 training goes beyond the game. Through baseball-specific development, speed and movement training, and focused work in the weight room, athletes are building strength, skill, and confidence with Coach Cameron to be the best athletes they can be.

But we’re not just developing players we’re building people. Through training, mentorship, and opportunity, we’re helping shape confident leaders on and off the field.

Come work, grow, and get better with us.

One Mission, One Purpose, TDC

Take a look back at a special moment for baseball in our community led by one of our nonprofit members, Tony Gwen Legacy East foundation!

The 2026 Beltway High School Baseball Classic was more than just a great day of competition. It was a reminder of what is possible when organizations are intentional about creating opportunities, exposure, and experiences for young athletes.

Huge shoutout to the Tony Gwynn Legacy East Foundation, one of the nonprofit organizations in the Diamond Collective ecosystem, for partnering with Black Baseball Media to help bring this event to life and create a platform that celebrated high level baseball while pouring into the next generation of players.

With programs like Riverdale Baptist, St. Frances Academy, Baltimore Poly, St. Vincent Pallotti, Eastern High School, and School Without Walls all taking the field, the Beltway Classic brought together talent from Baltimore and the DMV and highlighted the future of the game.

More than anything, this event reflected the power of community, representation, and access. Creating spaces where minority athletes can compete, be seen, gain exposure, and continue growing in the game matters.

A great event. Great energy. An even greater mission. Follow TGLE and BlackBaseballMedia to stay informed on what's happening with their organizations and how their revolutionizing the game. ⚾️❤️

Making moves behind the scenes to better serve the next generation of athletes. ⚾️
A new upgrade to our facility is officially in place with the installation of two new Samsung TVs in the back weight room area at The Diamond Collective.

This addition helps us continue building an environment where athletes can train, learn, and grow both on and off the field.

At TDC, every improvement is about advancing our mission: developing better athletes, creating better opportunities, and expanding access to baseball for more kids in our community.

The work never stops, and we’re just getting started. 💪⚾️
