We were honored to host the team at The Diamond Collective for a final workout before their trip. The dedication, work ethic, and pride these young men bring to the game represent everything that’s great about baseball.

A special shoutout to Coach Boom Darrell Anderson and the entire staff for the impact they’re making through MLB RBI , as well as several St. Francis players and BUBA Scholars who continue to represent Baltimore the right way both on and off the field. We’re excited to highlight Technology 4 Causes and the incredible work they continue to do in our community. The recent Harford Experience brought together members from Baseball4Causes, Baltimore Urban Baseball Assoc, Tony Gwynn Legacy East for a day of baseball, connection, and giving back at Harford Community College and the JC Patriots Baseball boys baseball field.

We were honored to welcome Jimmy McMikle, Senator Antonio Hayes and the Kappa Alpha Psi® Fraternity brothers to the Diamond Collective as they prepared Grand Polemarch Jimmy McMikle for his ceremonial first pitch with the Baltimore Orioles. We’re grateful to host organizations that share our commitment to leadership, mentorship, and investing in the next generation. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of such a special moment.

HBCU Swingman Classic was a success‼️

This experience was all about Baltimore Urban Baseball Assoc and the amazing opportunities they continue to create for young people in Baltimore!

Kids had the chance to attend the HBCU Swingman Classic at Citizens Bank Park, experience the energy of HBCU baseball, and watch some of the nation’s top student athletes compete. More than just a game it was an opportunity to see what’s possible both on and off the field. Seeing baseball, different fraternities, and sororities and networking with people that work with MLB what’s with this trip was all about and we made it so impactful.

A heartfelt thank you to Tyrone Brooks for helping make this experience possible and for his continued investment in creating opportunities for the next generation. We are also incredibly grateful to Eldridge Crandell for sponsoring this trip. Your generosity made this unforgettable experience possible for our youth.🚌🍕

Today we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, the strength of our communities, and the opportunities we have to invest in the next generation.

We're especially grateful to the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Your sacrifice, courage, and commitment have made it possible for organizations like ours to fulfill our mission of creating opportunity through baseball, softball, education, and mentorship.

As families gather today, we're reminded that strong communities are built when people choose to invest in one another. Every coach, volunteer, parent, donor, partner, and mentor plays a role in helping young people grow both on and off the field.

We were honored to celebrate a $400,000 Bond Bill investment in BUBA Baseball and The Diamond Collective alongside Senator Antonio Hayes, Delegate Marlon Amprey, Delegate Melissa Wells, community leaders, partners, and supporters.

This investment will fund critical facility improvements that will expand year-round opportunities for Baltimore’s youth through athletics, education, and workforce development.
