Our current form, Songahm 4, is the camouflage belt form. This is the first advanced color belt form that follows the beginner color belt forms which start the growth of our martial artists.

The philosophy of this form is "the sapling is hidden amongst the taller pines and must now fight its way upwards." This means students have built a foundation of basics and now begin to develop intermediate martial arts expertise.

We’re firing up the grill and inviting all of our students and families to join us for a FREE summer BBQ!

🕓 4:00–6:00 PM
📍 Bangor ATA Black Belt Academy (back parking area)

Bring the whole family and come hang out with your fellow students, instructors, and friends outside of class! This is a great chance to relax, enjoy some good food, and celebrate our amazing school community. ❤️

It's potluck-style! We encourage everyone to bring a favorite food, dessert, drink, side, or whatever you'd like to share!

We’ll also need a few parent volunteers to help on the grill. If you’re willing to lend a hand, let us know!

No cost to attend - just bring yourself, your family, and (if you can) something delicious to share! We can't wait to see everyone there! 🌞🥋

🥾 JOIN US FOR A FREE COMMUNITY HIKE! 🥾

We’re heading out to Chick Hill (Peaked Mountain) in Clifton, Maine, and everyone is invited! 🌲⛰️

Sunday, August 30th at 1:00 PM
Location: Chick Hill Parking Lot (Fire Rd 31, Clifton, ME 04428)

The hike is approximately 2.8 miles round trip, following a relatively steep gravel road with about 813 feet of elevation gain.

All are welcome! Bring your family, friends, and leashed dog(s)!

Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just looking to get outside and enjoy a little activity with the community, we'd love to have you join us. No cost, no membership required - just come enjoy the outdoors!

Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather, wear comfortable footwear, and bring water. We hope to see you on the trail! 🌲🥋
