Looking for a fun, active way to spend Monday, September 7? Join us for our Labor Day Sports Camps at Ground Up Sports Lab!

Whether your athlete is just getting started or ready for the next challenge, we’ve got a camp designed just for them.

Our Fall activities are now live on www.groundupsportslab.com! From sports camps and catching clinics to performance training and our HitTrax League, we have something for athletes ages 6+:

⚾ Sports Camps | September 7 & 21 • Ages 6–8: 9:00–11:30 a.m. • Ages 9–11: 12:00–2:30 p.m.Dodgeball, Wiffle ball, HitTrax, flag football and more!

🥎 Catching Clinics with Coach Justin • Ages 8–10: Fridays, 6:00–7:00 p.m. • Ages 11+: Select Fridays, 7:00–8:00 p.m.Build receiving, blocking, throwing, game-management and leadership skills.

💪 Sunday Strength & Conditioning | September 20–October 25 • Ages 8–11: 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. • Ages 12+: 12:30–1:30 p.m.Develop speed, agility, strength, explosive power and confidence.

⚾️ END OF SUMMER HitTrax LEAGUES ARE HERE! ⚾️

Looking for a fun, competitive way to wrap up the summer? Join our End of Summer HitTrax League at Ground Up Sports Lab!

We have two age divisions:
🔥 Ages 7-9
🔥 Ages 10-12

Each league includes:
⚾ 6-week regular season
🏆 1 to 2 weeks of playoffs
👥 Teams of 4-5 players
⏱️ 30-minute games on Wednesdays between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM (7-9 year olds) or 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM (10-12 year olds)
📊 Live stats, standings, and leaderboards powered by HitTrax
🥇 Championship team crowned at the end of the season! (pictured here was our Spring 2026 championship team)

This is the perfect opportunity for players to compete, build confidence, and have fun in a fast-paced team environment while tracking their performance with the same technology used by college and professional programs.
