Youth hockey program for all children ages 4-14 serving Baraboo and surrounding communities. The youth hockey season runs from late October through mid-March.
Youth ice hockey is a high energy, exciting team sport that keeps kids in shape during the long winter months. Kids around the world love hockey and the kids in the Baraboo Area are no exception. In 1995, the Baraboo Youth Hockey Association (BYHA) was formed with the mission to bring hockey to the Baraboo Area. Today BYHA has grown to more than 120 members strong, providing opportunities to youth

If you have any tiny skates (ok, we will take your big skates, too!) sitting around your house, the association will buy them from you! Please bring them to the rink!

With the school year upon us, we’re rounding out our Thunderbirds Beyond the Rink summer series with this camping crew!
From our littlest rink rats, to fresh skaters getting ready to step on the ice for the first time this year, all the way up to our seasoned Sq**rts — this crew had a blast making memories together at the campground!
We’ve LOVED seeing where summer has taken our Thunderbirds, but there’s one place we’re even more excited to see everyone…

Before heading back to school, Dylan hit the lakes of Ontario and reeled in some smallies!
Trading the hockey stick for a fishing rod, Dylan spent some time making memories north of the border before it’s back to school — and soon, back to the rink!
Looks like it was a reel good summer adventure!
