With things getting colder and wind picking up we will not have practice tonight. We will have next week off due to holidays and break from school. Look forward to seeing everyone back Jan 2nd.

She to road conditions and accidents I am going to cancel practice tonight. Sorry for the late notice.

Folk style wrestling season starts November 7th and goes through the state tournament. Practices will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays from 6-730 p.m.

Wrestling tuition....

-Monthly - $100.

-Folk style season - $500 (no discount). $450 if pay in full at beginning of the season.

-half season special $300 if paid in full.

Drop in $10 a practice.

Wrestler I am putting together a strength and conditioning program for the pre-season. Who is interested in putting in some work to build their engine. Will be on Wednesday nights at 530.
