Popsicle Races are at St. Joe tonight. Bethlehem XC has a newly configured course that is going to be awesome! It's hot - so very hot. Do what's best for your kiddos and your family members that will be standing around in the heat. Consider dropping down in distance. We trained hard at 4:00 pm yesterday, and it was hot, but "not that bad" as one of our kids put it.

NCS Track Nights date/location changes!!!
Due to the renovations happening at the NCHS stadium, all track nights moving forward will be at TNHS.
Date changes -
The first Bourbon City Track Meet will be held on Thursday 5/8.
The following week we will run in an elementary meet at Bardstown HS on Wednesday 5/11.

RUNtown Community Hub come do this race! Classic downtown Bardstown course, timing by Central Kentucky Race Management, and all for a wonderful cause. Attticus is one of our youth XC runners and a cancer survivor. He, Cox's Creek Elementary and Gatorade POY, Riku Sugie, have teamed up on this event. All proceeds go to Make A Wish Join us May 11th!!

Atticus' Going for the Gold- Make a Wish 5K The Atticus' Going for the Gold- Make a Wish 5K is on Saturday May 11, 2024. It includes the following events: 5K Run/Walk, 5K Run/Walk (Without T-shirt), Baxter's Dash 1/2k, and Baxter's Dash 1/2k (Without T-shirt).

Come out and support Naturally Bardstown trail work day today. 1:00 pm at the parking area off of Stephen Foster Amphitheater hill, right behind OKH Country Club. All help is welcome - come see this gorgeous area of Town Creek!
