TUESDAY + WEDNESDAY = DONE!

Two days. A whole lot of sweat. And a whole lot of people choosing to show up and get it done!

The energy in the studio has been 🔥 lately, and our members keep bringing it! Whether you crushed the session, laughed your way through it, or just showed up and gave what you had, YOU DID IT!

Now let’s keep that momentum rolling! 👊

Monday is done! đź‘Ź

To everyone who walked through our doors today. You showed up, put in the work, and got it done. That’s how you start the week.

No waiting for motivation. No perfect day needed. Just showing up and doing what you can.

Way to kick off the week, Hitsona Bardstown! đź’šđź’Ş

🔥 250 SESSIONS - Derek! 🔥

250 sessions is a whole lot of showing up, and your dedication definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

But what makes this milestone even more special is the way you show up for the people around you, too. You bring encouragement, support, and a positive attitude into every session. You’re not just putting in the work for yourself, you help make the people around you better, too.

We’re grateful to have you as part of the Hitsona Bardstown family. 250 sessions is a BIG deal, and you’ve earned every one of them! 👏💚

And that’s a wrap! 👊🔥

Shoutout to everyone who walked through the doors today and got their session in! You showed up, put in the work, and made those 25 minutes count.

Another day of choosing yourself, getting stronger, and leaving a little better than you came in.

Proud of this crew! 🙌

See you tomorrow, Hitsona fam! đź’Ş

🎉 Studio of the Month! 🎉

This award isn’t just about the studio. It’s about the people behind it.

Our coaches play a huge part in what makes Hitsona Bardstown what it is. They show up, coach hard, encourage our members, and help create the kind of atmosphere people want to come back to.

I’m proud to share this award with them because they’ve earned it right alongside our members.

Couldn’t do it without this crew! 💚

Angie, Anna, Hannah, Amber, and Aaron, thank you for all that you do for our members.
