IT’S OK TO HAVE BOUNDARIES
A boundary is the line where your responsibility ends and someone else’s begins.
Boundaries protects your time...
Boundaries protects your energy...
Boundaries will protect your peace...
And most importantly…
They protect the life you’re trying to build.
Too many good people end up exhausted because they spend their days solving problems that were never theirs to solve in the first place.
They say YES when they should say NO...
They give when they’re already give out...
They sacrifice their goals to keep everyone else happy and comfortable.
And over time slowly… resentment starts trying to take over and they just want to escape it all.
DO NOT FEEL GUILTY FOR SETTING A BOUNDARY
Without boundaries, people will take as much as you allow them to take. Often times those people are taking without even realizing they’re doing it. You end up doing most the work, handling all the stress, and burning all your energy while others enjoy the benefits.
Healthy boundaries don’t push good people away...
They reveal who respects you… and who was only benefiting from your lack of them.
You teach people how to treat you by deciding what you will and won’t accept.
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SAY NO
You can be kind and still protect your time...
You can love people and still choose yourself...
You can help others without abandoning your own goals, dreams, or passion.
Taking care of yourself first isn’t selfish...
It’s a healthy responsibility we should all own.
Because when you become honest with who you are and what you want, you create a stronger and healthier environment for the people who truly belong in your life.
And pay close attention…
The ones who get angry about your boundaries are usually the ones who were benefiting from you having none.
Life is too short to live exhausted, resentful, or full of regret.
Chase your goals...
Protect your peace...
Respect your time...
This is your life... OWN IT!

Success is NO accident. The man on top of the mountain didn't just fall there.
It is hard work, perseverance, learning, sacrifice & most of all LOVING what you are doing.
.."All the miles spend sleepy drivin'
All the money down the drain,
All the 'if I's' and 'nearly's,'
All the bandages and pain,
All the tears left dryin',
All the fever and the fight
Are just a small down payment
On the ride he makes tonight"...

They weren't born in a barn, but I got them there as quickly as I could 😉
