Good morning ☀️I wanted to take a minute to introduce you to one of my best friends Kayla. You may notice a shift in social media graphics and presence over the next few weeks. She is the face behind it as my Canva queen 🦋. She also is one of the women behind Rewild women’s retreats in Gray, so check them out. Unfortunately due to lack of sign ups (fall is a busy time and we understand). I have decided to push the retreat off. I will try again further out. That being said I WILL be having class Saturday. I still plan to honor the fall wind down theme with a gentle class. So be sure to join me 🫶
