Well, we made it...after a lot of planning, research, discussions, deliveries, assembly, and more than a few adjustments along the way, our new fitness floor is ready for you to enjoy!

We encourage you to take some time to explore, adjust the settings, try a piece you may not normally use, and keep an open mind. (FWIW, we've heard whispers that no one is skipping leg day anymore🙃)

💫And if you'd like some help, we offer free 30-minute Fitness Floor Orientations with Michelle: Mondays at 10:30 am & Tuesdays at 6 pm. They're a great opportunity to get familiar with the equipment and ask questions—just stop by the front desk to register, as space is limited.

Thanks to all of you for your patience over the last few weeks and we hope to see you in here soon!

🚣🏽‍♀️ Have a Seat. is a community-driven indoor rowing series built around one simple idea: you don’t have to rush to go far, you just have to stay. This isn’t about speed, but pushing through—together.

Our first event brings that idea to life with a 13.1 mile indoor rowing half-marathon, along with relay team options for those who want to share the distance. No matter your starting point, you’ll have a path. Whether you take it on solo or alongside others, this is about showing up, settling in, and seeing what you’re capable of over time.

Our week-by-week training program (based on your individual 5K) guides you every step of the way, so you can build confidence, stay consistent, and arrive ready.

Ready to row?

Cost: $55 individuals; $25/ea. relay rowers
Event date: Saturday, August 15th, 8 am start
Register here: https://gmcf.life/programs/have-a-seat-lets-row/

Training plan information and event details provided following registration. Registration closes August 10th.
