Regarding the lawsuit SilencerShop recently won against the ATF:

While we do understand and appreciate the historic and exciting implications of this suit, we are choosing to approach today with a certain amount of caution.

We have, as of yet, received no official guidance from the ATF as to the best way to proceed under this new framework. Until we do, we will not be releasing silencers with a 4473 alone, and will continue using Form 4s as usual.

Hopefully, that will change very soon, but until it does we want to avoid any well-meaning, but possibly incorrect actions that may bring the wrath of the ATF down on us or our customers.

We thank you for your patience and we certainly will update you all as soon as we get the official nod to eliminate Form 4s from our lives.
