Labor Day is always bittersweet as the unofficial end of summer but today, at Tavistock Hills it was even more so.

Today at 2pm, our faithful manager Kathy Hunter called Adult Swim for the final time. After 11 summers, we say goodbye to a great role model, safe space for our guards and members, and pool chemistry whiz (we seriously have the clearest pool in TriCounty 💅) as she retires.

Along side her, our Kathleen Dunn, lifetime member and Assistant Manager, also hung up her keys as she moves to spend more time in her role as a teacher next summer.

With a packed lot, cars up and down Warwick, and a rocking time up until close- we think Tavistock showed Kathy and Kathleen how much they mean to us.

Thanks for a great summer, Tavistock! It was quite literally the longest summer can be.

Don’t cry but we hate to break it to you …..

It’s the final week of the summer season!

Please refer to the below hours for the remainder of the season.

Our Managers and Guards are headed back to school, with some having headed back to college already. While we miss them already, we thank those still local for fitting in a few more shifts around school, fall sports and orientations.

We also thank you, our members, for your understanding! Still lots of fun to be had!
