I see this frequently players becoming weaker during baseball season because training doesn’t become important. Don’t understand this as if lifting got you stronger then why stop just because your playing games? There is no such thing as “maintain” as we either get better or worse, or in this case stronger or weaker. Keep lifting something heavy throughout the season and never get away from it.
